Initial source focus: official UK procurement notices.

From a published notice
to a useful next step.

Designed for the decision before the bid: is this work relevant, what does the source support, and what should we check next?

01 — DEFINE YOUR FOCUS

Start with your business.

Set the services you deliver, the locations you cover and the buying organisations you want to follow. Assisted setup is part of the planned service.

02 — REVIEW THE EVIDENCE

Understand the opportunity.

Review relevant notices with their source links, published dates and scope. See why a result may fit, alongside missing information and requirements to verify.

03 — PLAN YOUR NEXT MOVE

Keep the useful work in view.

The planned workspace combines a watchlist, requested email summaries and renewal signals where the available contract evidence supports them.

Useful intelligence
starts with honest limits.

A published tender, an awarded contract and a predicted renewal mean different things. The planned service is designed to keep those distinctions visible.

Official sources remain the authority.
Check the current notice, corrections and tender documents before committing to a bid. FireBid Radar is an independent service and is not affiliated with the government or procurement portals.
A potential fit is a starting point.
Matching does not establish eligibility, accreditation, delivery capacity or your likelihood of winning. Those decisions stay with your business.
Renewals are signals, not invitations.
Dates and extension options can be incomplete or uncertain. Renewal coverage is under development and will depend on usable contract records; it will not cover every award or contract.

One focused service.
A personal start.

Professional is our proposed monthly subscription for small teams that want a more organised way to follow public-sector fire-safety work.

Tell us what you deliver and where you work. We can discuss a demonstration and assess whether the proposed service is a useful fit.

We will confirm the available features, delivery arrangements and subscription terms before inviting you to pay. An enquiry creates no subscription or payment obligation.

A few useful answers.

Can I subscribe today?

Not yet. This website provides product information and a way to contact us while we prepare the service. We are accepting launch enquiries and requests to discuss a demonstration. We will confirm readiness and the full order terms before opening subscriptions.

Which procurement sources will you cover?

Our initial focus is Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. Availability will depend on what these sources publish and the records processed. We do not promise every UK opportunity, every buyer or complete historical coverage.

Will FireBid Radar write or submit my bids?

No. The planned service helps you find and assess procurement information. It does not submit tenders, provide procurement or legal advice, or guarantee that you qualify for or will win a contract.

What does a renewal signal mean?

It is an estimate based on available contract dates and related evidence, not a confirmed future tender. Optional extensions and missing information can affect the estimate. Some records will not support a renewal signal.

Does an enquiry add me to a mailing list?

No. Clicking an email link opens your own email application. If you send us an enquiry, we use it to respond to you; it does not create a subscription, reserve a place or automatically sign you up for marketing. See our privacy notice.
